Covid  Safety 

  • Your therapist will be wearing a face mask & shield for the entire time- from arrival to departure.
  • The room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every client, with plenty of time to "air-out" the room between guests.

  General information before your appointment : 

** Please allow an extra 45+mins for your first appointment with us, as you will fill out a form pertaining to your current information, as well as your medical history upon arrival. We will also be discussing any issues you'd like to work on before & after the treatment. **
  • If you think you may be getting a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, skin rash, or anything else that could be contagious, please contact us immediately to reschedule appointments - better safe than sorry. Do not think massage will help. Please be courteous to other guests and to your therapist.

  • Please do not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as massage can be extra dangerous to you under these conditions. If you take medications, it's recommended to try to schedule taking them after your treatment, or schedule your treatment towards the "end" of the medications wearing off if possible.
 
  • Try not to eat a heavy meal less than 2 hours prior to your appointment.
 
  • Please shower before your session, as clean skin is better to work on.
 
  • If you arrive late, we will try to do our best to accommodate your full session time, but it is not guaranteed. You will still be held responsible for the full cost of the appointment time you originally scheduled.
 
  • Sexual harassment is not tolerated.
 
  • If at any time the practitioner feels their safety, health, your health, or the health of others may be compromised, the session will be stopped immediately.
